rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with the response from the dry cleaner. I have used the cleaners for about two years for my son's uniform pants. He plays hard and gets dirt and grass stains in the knees and butt of the pants on a daily basis. I wash the pants (2-3 most times) to remove the grass stains. Once removed, I took the pants to the cleaners for pressing only with creases. They have never actually cleaned the pants.It makes no sense that I take the time to remove grass stains from pants and leave blood in the front of a white cotton blouse. I am very meticulous about clean clothes. I always identify stains at the time of drop-off. Blood is another difficult stain to remove. Why would I not try to remove it and not mention the stain to anyone and expect them to get the stain out. Knowing blood is difficult to remove, why would I even bother cleaning it? I have not experienced any cuts and the blood was not mine. I request to have this case reopened and the cleaners reimburse me for my cotton blouse. Thank you for your attention to this case,[redacted]

Response:  I talked with customer that issued stain is blood possibly.  She insisted on we put the set stain.  But it couldn't happen in my place.  If she wants, I can pay her the price paid to us for cleaning 2.29.Thank you ChoiDryclean Warehouse
