Review: It has been 4 days since I sent an email to Creekside pet hospital in north highlands, ca 95660 for some information regarding my dog. I mentioned I am low income and was seeking advice back to my email inquiry before I try to find MORE money to take him in once again. I have inquired into how much xrays and shots cost as well as asked a few questions and I have still not heard a peep back. Horrible service so far from such a business destined to help animals. Please investigate! If u don't my dog is going to die.Desired Settlement: For them to email me back in a TIMELY manner in FULL detail of all I have asked 4 days ago. And BEFORE my dog dies.

George Hills Company serves as the claims administrator for the County of Sacramento. We are writing to you in response to a complaint filed by Ms. [redacted], ID [redacted].Ms. [redacted] submitted a claim to the County of Sacramento alleging that she hit a pothole at Dewey and Madison Avenue, resulting in damage to two tires.Under California Government Code Sections 835, it states that: "Except as provided by statute, a public entity is liable for injury caused by a dangerous condition of its property if the plaintiff establishes that the property was in a dangerous condition at the time of the injury, that the injury was proximately caused b the dangerous condition, that the dangerous condition created a reasonable forseeable risk of the kind of injury which was incurred, and that either:a) A negligent or wrongful act or omission of an employee of the public entity within the scope of his employment created the dangerous condition; orb) The public entity had actual or constructive notice of the dangerous condition under Section 835.02 a sufficient time prior to the injury to have taken measures to protect against the dangerous condition."In this case, Ms. [redacted] presented no evidence that the County had either actual or constructive notice of the roadway condition prior to the incident giving rise to her claim and the County did not cause the condition. As such, her claim was rejected.During telephone communications that ensued following rejection of the claim, Ms. Kainfar was informed that if she wished to continue to pursue this matter, she could file a suit in Small Claims Court, or turn the claim in with her insurance carrier.Respectfully submitted,GEORGE HILLS COMPANY, INC.CEO
