We are grateful to receive feedback on how we are doing and from the feedback received we could have done a better job at communicating more clear and concise information to the patient Unfortunately we are not credentialed with every insurance companyAs we are an Idaho based organization
we are not credentialed with many Washington based plans Because of the rarity of this type of situation information was shared that was not completely accurate We are working on correcting this error by working with the insurance company to become credentialed with them, resubmit the claim, and have pulled the patient's balance from the collections agency It will take some time to become credentialed and resubmit the claim Our commitment is to remain in better communication with the patient so she is aware of updates as they happen It is unfortunate that this happened and we are working to improve our systems to prevent it from happening in the future Again, we appreciate the feedback and hope to maintain a positive relationship with everyone involved
