HiSorry about the inconvenience and I do understand your frustrationOur company policy with deposits are non-refundable and vehicle will be held for 48HThe $deposit was placed on Sept 28th (Thursday) meaning the vehicle would have been held till Sept 30th (Saturday), which we kept our promiseWhen you spoke with my salesman on Saturday you told him that you were NOT able to make it till Monday Oct 2th, so we made an acceptation to hold the vehicle till MondayMonday morning when my salesman contacted you about the vehicle you postpone once again to Tuesday Oct 3rdAt that point we were not able to hold the vehicle any longer and the vehicle was sold Monday After Business HoursThe $deposit was also refunded back to the same Credit Card the next morning Tuesday Oct 3rd due to better Customer ServicePlease do realize our inventory constantly changing and we will do our best to find your next perfect carOnce again sorry for the inconvenience and have a great day.?
