*** *** and *** Ctold me that Creditier Inccould completely repair my credit within six months as well as help settle my debt afterwardsAfter months absolutely no activity had even occurred with my accountSix months in and without any communication from Creditier Incto let me know what is happening with my account, I emailed and placed a phone call to Creditier IncI didn't receive a call back but I did get an email from *** *** the following morningThe email asked me to give them more business days and if most or all of my items are not removed they would issue me a full refundIt's been months and my credit score has not changed and all but one of my items still remainI emailed *** and requested that they stop working on my account and issue me a refund based on his email*** called me the next morning and said on my voice mail that he would honor my request and give me a full refund and to please give him a callWhen I called him he refused to give me a refund stating it would bankrupt the companySo $3,later and after being passed around between several different people, my credit remains the sameLots of promises and no follow through
