695.00 illegally withdrawn from my account
I was contacted numerous times with a promise and guarantee to reduce my home loan. I did give all the information they requested over the phone which was a mistake.I specifically told caller I need paperwork to review prior to committing.
Without my written or verbal consent they withdrew 695.00 from my account on 07/25/2018. I had my legal secretary contact them along with myself to demand immediate return of the money. As of today August 16th they have not returned and our ignoring our calls and demand letters.
