Credit Strong

I have had a credit strong account for years. I finally closed my account because I didn’t need it anymore. I was told a refund was sent to my bank but I never received it. I call credit strong and they don’t want to do much to help locate or trace where they sent my money. They just tell me to call my bank. I called my bank and they say they don’t have it and to call credit strong. I have been sent in circles about 20 times with no one slave to tell me where my money is. Im very disappointed in the way credit strong has treated me as a customer. I’ve never been late and this has caused me much distress. I needed my money to pay bills and other things. I don’t even know what to do anymore. I need my $1000.23.
