Credit Repair Program

I joined the program in August 2017, at that time was charged $169.00. I was told that as soon as payment was taken, they would begin working on my account. I receive an email about 2 to 3 weeks later stating they had forgotten to take the first steps to getting started on my account. I was told that I would only need to be apart of this program for 3 months. I sent an email addressing some issues and concerns, I received one back saying that I was not told of the 3 months and that it can take and has taken longer than 8 months to rectify. However, I was only set up for 3 recurring payments, so if it takes longer than 3 and I was lying, why was I only set up for 3 months. They took my last payment of $99.00 on 11/02/17, still no updates or changes. Then on 12/02/17, I have an $89.00 charge from them pending in my account. They do not respond to your concerns or issues, you hear nothing from them until payment time. They have jerked me around from the beginning, they even entered my nam
