It says "the contract is for Corporate credit, not for Credit Service" Yes, the business had informed me they will issue a refund, and that's what I been told Since July 09, 2015, that I will be getting my refund on 9/15/15, but neither they refund or had any intention of refunding it, instead I got this e-mail from the office
"Deep, You will be getting a refund shortly. I am aware of the false comments to Ripoff Report, Yelp, and Revdex.com. After you receive your refund I will be filing in civil court against you for libel and slander. That is a guarantee. I have all my paperwork regarding corporate credit and though we were not able to continue the business relationship this does not give you the right to make false allegations, which is a crime.
I think is incredibly disgusting and deceitful that you would put my family's tragedy on your complaint. I wonder if your creditors would have gotten away with committing such actions that were in you Bankruptcy. You may please forward any small claims forms.""
IIt doesn't seems like this office wants to refund anything, neither I am hoping to recieve my $5000.00 back from them, I had wasted lots of energy and time into it, I will not hesitate to use word " Fraud in the Inducement" Please take action against this company and individual as well
