Credit Medics

I contacted this business late August 2019 for business credit services after reaching out via their website several weeks prior with no response. I scheduled a telephonic appointment for mid-September with the representative letting her know that I'm non-local and asked could I be assisted. She said yes, that I would speak with Rhonesha telephonically and then come to Philadelphia once the credit lines were granted. I agreed and paid $50 for a 30 minute consult. I immediately emailed the necessary items for the appointment. Day of the appointment came and they're running late due to prior customers. They couldn't find my information or completed forms. So I had to email my materials and it was evident that the business and I were non-local no issues stated (i.e., cell is non-local & business filings were in another state). We had to reschedule to October. October comes and they lost my materials again. I had to forward my materials again and reschedule for later that day as they were running late with clients again. I eventually speak with Rhonesha and she reviews materials and asks whether I'm non-local. I told her yes and that is why we're speaking telephonically. In essence, she's like I can't help you but I'll give you some tips on what you can do. This took 10 minutes. On October 18th, I emailed a complaint explaining that this issue is something that could've been rectified when I first called to schedule an appointment. Instead I was led to believe that everything was okay and there were numerous chances to catch this so that I don't waste time and money. I want my $50 consult fee back because there was no service received and info given is public knowledge. As usual, there was no response. Ironically, I received an event flyer marketing the company's services afterwards.
