We sold the car to the customer "As-is" from us and she signed the document stating she understands the term of...

purchase.
Despite the "As-Is" agreement, Credit Max still helped the customer out by fixing the issue she was having FREE of charge. We try to help out our customers as much as possible to ensure our business is known as one of the few who are really for the customer's satisfaction.
The customer and [redacted] have been helped out and their vehicle is back in good condition.
