Review: My husband and I have had some identity theft issues that have affected our credit score and credit report. A cousin of mine who has also been in the same position recommended this company and said that they worked with someone named [redacted]. We contacted the company got a response from someone named [redacted] who told us that [redacted] is in school and that he is her assistant and he is managing [redacted]'s clients while she is in school.We were told that we could cancel after 90 days if we are not satisfied. My husband and I were concerned that the monthly payment was deducted from our bank account but we were not seeing any benefit or improvement. We were told that it takes time to fix credit and we should give them time, but if we are still not satisfied, we would be given a full refund.When we finally cancelled, because there was no proactive service or credit repair tips etc, not even a monthly update. We recieved an update last month when I called to insist on a monthly update via email, as [redacted] would call on the phone and I asked him to kindly send emails and copy my husband and I so that I did not have to constantly give my husband feedback when he could also, as a client, recieve direct information from Credit Lab. We were told that our account has been cancelled and we cannot recieve a refund because they were able to get one item disputed from my records, even though there has been no change or impact on my husbands credit since we joined.When I mentioned in my email that I would be contacting the Revdex.com, I got a phone call from [redacted], explaning the same thing he always said on the phone, "you have to give it time." I said that we no longer wish to be their client and we would like our money refunded. He then became argumentative and finally hung up the phone on me.I sent him an email informing him that I have experience with the Revdex.com and that they make companies accountable for promises to clients. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the monthly charges $400.00 and a letter from Credit Lab stating that they will not use or personal and financial information and social security numbers in any way that may cause us financial harm/liability in the future.Thank you.We feel like we have been taken for a ride and that the services they have provided todate have been below par. Unless we made a proactive suggestion and sort their advice, they gave nothing.
