Review: I had had my eye on a "credit cover" for a few months and when I got a marketing email with a coupon code, I decided to take advantage of the discount. On February **, 2015 I placed an order for two credit covers. Their website states that products take "about a week for it to leave our factory. Then, however long first class mail typically takes to arrive." When I hadn't received my items by March *, I emailed customer service and was told "If you recall we were moving factories. What we didn't plan for was that the current factory would just shut down with no notice 30 days early - so we've been scrambling to get into the new place. We are so sorry on the delay - normally this is a 2-3 day process. I'm hoping we can begin shipping orders in the next 2 weeks." I was understanding and wished them luck on their transition. April [redacted], and ** I emailed asking for an order status update and did not receive a response.April **, I emailed asking for an order status update and said that if I didn't receive an update by the end of the day, I would file a complaint with Revdex.com. [redacted] emailed me "we will refund your order, if it ends up shipping, consider it a gift from us." I felt that progress was being made so I thanked him.Today is May [redacted] and I have not received a refund OR a product. I have been more than patient for 83 days with nothing to show for it.Desired Settlement: As I said, today is May [redacted] and I have not received a refund OR a product. I have been more than patient for 83 days with nothing to show for it. I would like my money back TODAY.
