Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] signed up providing her full 16 digit credit card and billing information.  The AVS and CVV where matches.  She accepted the payment terms.  Ms. [redacted] answered questions to verify her identity in order to access her credit reports and...

scores.  The address, phone number and email address used at signup matches the contact information provided to the Revdex.com.  The IP address where the order originated is in the general area of Tennessee that the customer is located.  In addition, the customer logged in to her account to access and views her credit reports and scores.   On 9/13/2017, at 5:43 pm EST, Ms. [redacted] called our customer service department The representative cancelled her account at that time and escalated the refund request.   The next morning, 9/14/2017 a courtesy refund in the amount of $39.90 was issued.   Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunds to process."

Since Mr. [redacted] signed up for our program, agreed to our terms and conditions, was aware when he needed to cancel to avoid being charged, was refunded as he requested, and acknowledged that he received this message -- all before we received this Revdex.com complaint -- there is nothing further we can do...
