I am rejecting this response because:I was able to be scheduled for a test date tomorrow June The point is you all do not take responsibility for your employee's actionsMy required information was sent in completion back in May and someone failed to continue the processI am not in Pennsylvania, therefore I could not always make sure things were getting handledI am also not an employee of Credentia so again I could not be there physically to make sure my things were being handled properlyIf someone did this to me they are doing it to many other Nurse Aide applicantsAnd an apology for the oversight would really suffice, but every time I have called to speak with a manager they gave an excuseI really there was another company fir the state of GeorgiaThis set up is terribleCredentia needs to do better and quit making excusesI am the student hereI used the information on the website and information Credentia employees provided meBoth of those sources are not credibleI advise all other applicants to be very attentive to their applicationsCredentia needs to understand that this is people's lives, their ability to have a house and support their familiesTo make excuses for not doing your job is unacceptable.
