Review: Contractor was hired for home repair and renovation. He was paid in full and failed to complete agreed upon home repair project. After many attempts over the last couple months via text and phone, the contractor will not return our calls or complete the job. The contractor owes us $3900.00 for work he did not complete.Desired Settlement: 1) Refund of money in full- $3900.00
