Today was the second time I have used Bill Owens Heating & Air. The same tech came both times. In a world where so many things are negative, I feel the need to share something positive. This tech was courteous, friendly, & extremely efficient. I told him what the unit was doing & he took little time in finding the problem. This was the case both times. I would recommend this company & especially this tech (Bruce) to anyone. Price was reasonable & service was fast. Thank you for a job well done. ( I have no personal connection to anyone at this company.)
