I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Tuesday, September 08, 11:AM Subject: O'Daniel's Garage Dear Sir:RE: ***Please be advised that I have read O’Daniel’s Garage response, I was not satisfied with it because it was not accurateI really did NOT expect a favorable response, but I did want the paying public to be aware of the problems I had with this garage and how I was treated simply because my RV was an OLDER modelAlso when I initially took my RV to this garage why didn’t they inform me that they could not repair models or older! They should have informed me that they were only able (maybe) to work on 2000-modelsI never received such information from this garage before hand.I was not satisfied with the service (lack of service) I received at this garage and their response was not trueGod Bless them and hopefully in the future they will find peace within as for right now they have a lot of soul searching to do.I was also informed that the Revdex.com works with the businesses, NOT the consumer! As I do not know this to be true, I do know that God is real.Thank you** ***
