The company was overpaid by $158.00. I have tried countless times to speak with someone but not able to do so. the customer service is by email and is terrible! I explained the overpayment to the support email...the person who answered was very rude and said they would get back to me days ago.
I would like to get my money back but unfortunately having a hard time doing so.
please assist

My employer purchased a domain name from myID.ca that came up for renewal while I was working for them. The person who originally purchased the domain name for that department had moved to another job and after getting the former employee to grant me access to the account, I became the domain name "owner" and contact person. A 10-year contract was purchased.

In 2015 I changed positions and tried on numerous occasions to update the contact information for this account to the new department manager. I phoned the company (was never called back) and submitted a "forgot password" request but never received an email with a way to reset the password. My email address has remained the same and is the one currently displaying for owner of this domain name on ***

I am now retiring. I need to update the information for this account before it is up for renewal again, as my email address will no longer be valid and my former employer will have no way of knowing when the domain name needs to be renewed. There will be no point of contact for this account.

This company has no way for a customer to get in touch with them, as they never answer the phone or respond to phone messages left and emails sent.
This has been going on for over two years!
