Initially the attention that we recieved was very positive [redacted] our salesrep, and Patrick the owner, visited numerous times Once the patios were poured (by a subcontracor), and we paid in full - everything changed We paid in full becasue one of our chlidren went into the hospital and we wanted to be fair to [redacted] and Patrick and not make them wait on our payment because of our personal situation ***, did bring the owner of the concrete company to our home to assess the problem, and he agreed the patios should be restained, and that he was willing to help and restain them, That was more than a month ago and since then we have called [redacted] more times to get a status and let her know that we have had another problem due to ice forming on the steps, but she has flat out ignored us and has not returned a call We have NEVER recieved a thank you, or follow up call from Patrick the owner Their follow up is pathetic Creative Outdoor Livings' customer service is front-end based only - during the sales cycle Customer service on the back-end is non existant My wife called the ower of the concrete company who said that he will work with us to help We'll see how that goes, but the people who sold us, sold us the job, and who collected our money, Creative Outdoor Living, have flaked and blown us off DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CREATIVE OUTDOOR LIVING

This company does sub standard work and didn't even complete the job. Porch was installed incorrectly, sidewalk wasn't installed correctly, hey damaged my existing driveway and damaged my landscaping. The pad he installed already has a crack from top to bottom. Tried multiple times to get a resolution but all he has is excuses. Can't even give tentative schedules for new or warranty work repairs. By the way, there is no warranty as he doesn't honor it. After many excuses about computer and email issues and the total lack ot updates, I have elected to take him to el paso county court so I can get him to fund the demo and re-install of new sidewalk and driveway pads and damaged caused by his company.
