CMS is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. Not only is their customer service terrible, their work is completely hack. I had them outfit my truck, which took much longer than excepted, to find their was many problems. For example shelving was placed so I could not close doors, grind marks on all brand new stainless steel, rivits falling out everywhere, parts installed that were not centered or level, the list goes on. The biggest problem I had was after my first day of working in the truck, the brand new generator, that they installed, quit after an hour of run time. I had to bring my truck back and it has taking over two weeks and I still have yet to get any updates. I do not recommend anyone to work with them! As a veteran and local busines owner I would have liked to been treated with more respect.

As a veteran and local busines owner I would have liked to been treated with more respect!Desired Settlement: Absolutely rediculous the poor quality of work for the final cost. Not a full refund is needed but something would be nice.
