Revdex.com: I find it rather strange that creative would say "they just learned of this complaint" I cannot believe they answered with that response after I had been haggling with them since I believe it was March 7th? when I first contacted them again and again and againThey wanted this and that and this wasn't good enough so they wanted a better one and then!!! They just dropped it not another word from the customer support teamNow this is signed"Michele" not once did I get an email from a female And anyone can sign whatever name they want in an emailMaybe if they had a phone number they could be reached would be helpful! BUT! the mailbox is always full, always.It was usually someone named Edward and one day he made me so mad I started calling him by the wrong nameI was breathing fireI rarely ever return a product or ask for a warranty claim etcjust because I don't like the hassle they give you at some placesLike creative products of californiaI am thoroughly convinced I would have never had gotten them to agree to replacement of this item and I Never would have even asked if I did not strongly believe it is made from faulty materialsI thank the Revdex.com for their help this is maybe the second time I have ever had to ask for their helpThey are telling me I need to respond so I amBut the matter is not resolved until the replacement is in my handsSo I am not saying this case is resolvedI will respond hopefully again next week if and or when the replacement arrives Larry [redacted]
