I would first like to say there is no reason for rudeness from anybody at our company including myself I am sorry that happened Ms [redacted] was calling us for a container at a time we were very busy, we did not have any containers to give to customers that did not already have one with us Whenever she would call we would tell her nothing was available, which there wasn’t In our business we don’t know when we are getting our containers back, there is not set end date or specific schedule how long somebody keeps them In our defense we never said she would get a container and then not deliver it She was more than welcome to call around to other companies, as we have told other customers but she chose not to We try to be as honest with people as we can, we always tell people when we cannot get them containers if it is not possibleOne day she called in we had some container removals so we delivered her one the same day and charged her credit card as we do with our customers When she called to have it removed a couple weeks later she was looking for a credit for expenses she incurred because she did not have the dumpster when she wanted it, again I will say we never told her we could get her one at any point Ms [redacted] also said it was our fault she stepped on a nail because the container was not there when she originally wanted it During this long conversation on the phone I disagreed & said none of it was our fault and we should not be responsible for any of those expenses, she then said she was going to keep our container for a year, cancel her credit card and contest any charges on it from us At that point I told her we would not remove it without a bank check or cash She spoke to the owner after that and after a long conversation he reiterated the same thing, she must have cash or a bank check for $ She now wants us to take $because she uses a certain credit card that gives 2% cash back That is the reason we have not picked up the container, after we are told by a customer “I am going to cancel my credit card and contest any charges on it” we obviously cannot take a credit card from them

We are not going to keep going back and forth, there are statements in the original complaint & last response that are not true or were never said We have been in business over years and service thousands of customers a month Unfortunately, Ours, like many businesses, only get reviews on the Revdex.com or any site when there is a problem We don’t hear from the vast majority of our customers because we are a very reputable company and don’t usually run into these types of situations

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  Hello!  Thank you for your response; however, there are quite a few inconsistencies. E-Z disposal is right that if they had told me that a container was not available, I may have made other choices (just like I had used this company, I had used dumpsters from other companies in the past without problems, and prices are fairly similar).  The reason I didn't do that is because almost every time I called about the dumpster, they also added comments like "Try again tomorrow", or "I'll get back to you by the end of the day," making me believe that a dumpster was one or two days away.  They may not know when all containers are returned, but they must have an idea. The other inconsistency is that after I received the container and I wasted a work day along with my husband, stepped on the nail, and wasted more money, I called the company to vent off and the message I tried to send across is that a better transparency would have made me avoid all these extra work, pain, and extra expenses.  At no point did I ask for these expenses to be reimbursed or for a free dumpster (it was the manager [redacted] that first yelled "do you want a free dumpster?  It ain't going to happen."  All my conversations with all the employees, including [redacted], the owner, started with polite conversations, but when I start getting insulted, I will stand up for myself. During my conversation with [redacted], the day after the dumpster was dropped off and all these unfortunate events happened, he was the one that said that he does not have time to talk to me because he has better things to do.  At that point I told him that I will write a review about the experience and since the lady I had spoken to prior to [redacted] coming on the phone ([redacted]) said that I can keep the dumpster for as long as I needed, I may keep it for a year and that may get him time to talk to me.  He threatened to charge my credit card $25 a week rental fee because he had it on file.  That is when I said that I will dispute the rental fee charges or I can cancel my credit card if additional charges incur.  I have an email exchange with [redacted] that clarifies this dated 11/22/2016.  That email also clarifies that I do not demand anything else from the company and they have it in writing that I will not dispute a credit card charge of $600 with the condition that the dumpster is removed.  The dumpster was ready for removal by 11/16/2016 and I called repeatedly to request the pick up (I have a record of all my calls). The company charged my credit card $600 (the agreed amount), but then credited it back.  On Friday, December 2nd, [redacted], the owner, called me and told me that by him crediting back my account, he technically did not charge me anything for the dumpster, and the contents of the dumpster are mine.  He told me that he doesn't need my money because he has hundreds, and he repeated, hundreds of containers every week.  He said that he hopes the dumpster in in my way, and he refuses to pick it up.  12 of 120 Refund [redacted]Good Afternoon [redacted], As,  we discussed Credit Card has been refunded.  (Receipt Attached)  Container will not be removed unless there is a Bank Check to Ez Disposal or Cash for $600.00.  If container, goes over the 5 ton allowance  it will be charged to your Credit Card. [redacted] (Cell) Attachments area$600 was he price, but with he credit card I used ( which is an acceptable form of payment that your company refused from me), it would have ultimately cost me $588. You demanded a cashier's check and I got one. I already spent way more than $600. I'll pay $600 with the credit card or $588 with the cashier's check. If the dumpster stays in my driveway and you attempt to charge my credit card for rental, I will dispute all those charges. Also, if it stays at the house and it fills with snow and water and then you attempt to charge  me for overages, I will disputed those charges as well. Let me know if you want the $600 by credit card or the $588 by cashier's check. You can use his email as a guarantee that I will not dispute a credit card charge of $600 for the cost of the 30 yard dumpster. The dumpster had been ready for pick up since last week on Wednesday. Let me know what you decide and when you want to pick up the dumpster. You can even get it his morning, but I'll need to know in advance. You can also have [redacted] call me if he has any questions. For 2 weeks I've been requesting that the dumpster be picked up without a resolution. The credit card receipt will show the charge for the dumpster before the refund was issued, so I paid for it before he decided to refund it to demand a cashier's check.  In the meantime I will keep a record of all these conversations and report them to the Revdex.com and maybe that will be followed by a complaint to the Attorney General's Office and then maybe I'll get the media involved.
