I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], although I have agreed to pay/ and have paid the discounted rate, I am still not fully happy with the outcome and the $139 I still had to pay for having water service at my residence that I do not inhabit often. I expressed my thoughts to Ms. [redacted] in the attached email, which she ensured me that if the situation were to occur again that she would personally contact me.
