To whom it may concern: We have been in contact with the complainant and attempted to set up meetings but different circumstances such as inclement weather and unavailability of the complainant have precluded these appointmentsWe have had phone conversations with the complainant wherein we
attempted to explain our one year labor warranty and the different manufacturers' warrantiesAs the complainant states, they were not party to any of the contractsThey further state that they have "copies of all the paperwork from each job." Then they should have warranty information as well as transferability requirementsSome of this work dates back to and the most recent is eight years oldWe will gladly assist in the submission of any valid and enforceable warranty claims and will make repairs at our regular and customary rates
