COMPLAINT: Time sensitive Trade Show material was not delivered to customer as requested. Failure to honor request for overnight delivery resulted in loss of $12,225.48 in Trade Show cost and poor booth presentation at the Trade Show. The request for overnight shipping was clearly stated in an email exchange between *** (*** Sales Manager) and Maureen B (Creative Display Solutions) on August 28, 2019. The Trade Show booth display was shipped August 30, 2019 via regular *** Ground service, not overnight or expedited service as requested. The order in complaint was delivered to the *** office September 4, 2019. *** was in transit from New York to the Trade Show in San Francisco at the time of delivery, without the major portion of her booth to display.
