Creative Design Works

Review: This companys customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. Our first issue of consequence has proven to be very trying. The package containing our order was shipped to the incorrect a zip code (37129 Vs. 37128). We did our due diligence, and visited the post office to attempt a resolution before contacting Creative Design Works. Creative Design Works has been evasive, and imposes upon us to continue to searching for resolutions to locate the package. This includes filing a police report!We have requested the items be replaced, and assured Creative Design Work if the original package does show up we will return it to them. This was not an option Creative Design Works would consider.Desired Settlement: I would like Creative Design Works to replace the order. If the original package does arrive, we will gladly return it to Creative Design Works
