Creative Decks

We invited Steve from Creative Decks to provide a proposal to renovate our existing deck from wood to composite. What I immediately noticed and stood out about Steve from the rest of the contractors I approached was his response to my inquiry and the level of detail of his responses. I knew Steve was someone who is detailed, friendly, takes pride in his work, and transparent which is all the qualities I look for in a good contractor. Steve provided answers to all my questions and provided photos of past work with little pressure to commit. Fast forward, I decided to go with Creative Decks and we are extremely happy with the final product. What I appreciated the most was the open and transparent communication with pricing so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit. Steve's team (Scott & Kevin) were also great to work with. From start to finish, the entire experience was great with no hidden surprises. We've only had the deck renovated for less than a year with no issues so far but I imagine it will last a lifetime with minimal maintenance. I would definitely recommend Creative Decks for their quality of work and competitive pricing and I would definitely work with them again on any future work I may have. We are so thrilled with our screened in porch and deck. Stephen is so thorough in going over all of the options and he thinks of everything so there’s really no surprise costs after you get pricing.
