Creative Curbz

Booked this company in fall of 2019 with the promise that it would be done before the snow. It was an unusually rainy fall so it was postponed until spring. Of course spring of 2020 was COVID time but even after landscapers were cleared there was still no contact and no progress. We called in June and were told that they don't usually do work on the south side so we would have to wait until they had another job in the area. ? My money isn't as green? You booked us in 2019 and were on our property. How is this my fault? By the end of August still no contact and no curbing so we called again and were told it was the fault of the friend/ subcontractor that it still wan't done. Again- not my problem you need to fix this. "We'll call in September". It is now October and we have no curbing and don't know if we will ever receive either curbing or a refund. Poor service all around. I expected more as a returning customer.

Customer Relations May 17, Over weeks ago my wife and I made an appointment with the owner to come to our condo on Monday May 16th @ 11:a.m This was to give us some prices on installing his product at several locations May 16th came and went without anyone either coming or calling About hours after our scheduled appointment, the owner finally called He never apologized for not coming to the appointment or calling When my wife asked why he didn’t call, he said that he was very busy in another county and he actually asked why WE didn’t call him From the tone in his voice, it seems that we were at fault for not knowing where he was or for him not being at out appointmentI have over years of experience in the construction industry and have never seen a prospective customer treated this way Needless to say, we will not be doing any business with this company

Over 2 weeks ago my wife and I made an appointment with the owner to come to our condo on Monday May 16th @ 11:00 a.m. This was to give us some prices on installing his product at several locations. May 16th came and went without anyone either coming or calling. About 23 hours after our scheduled appointment, the owner finally called. He never apologized for not coming to the appointment or calling. When my wife asked why he didn’t call, he said that he was very busy in another county and he actually asked why WE didn’t call him. From the tone in his voice, it seems that we were at fault for not knowing where he was or for him not being at out appointment.
I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and have never seen a prospective customer treated this way. Needless to say, we will not be doing any business with this company.
