Review: I had the Contractor ([redacted] of Creative Concrete of San Diego) install an epoxy floor on my three car garage floor. He was paid in full ($2340). The finished product is heavily dimpled/pock marked. It was supposed to be smooth as glass. I was assured by [redacted] that any problems with the final product would be taken care of. However, any all attempts to contact him have been ignored. He will not respond to any phone calls.Desired Settlement: Remove and replace epoxy coating and do the job right!
