below.Please note the original reason for this complaint. After having to take the company to small claims court for a poor concrete path installation, the judge ruled in favor of us, [redacted]. We are a not for profit animal maternity shelter. The judge ruled for the company to either fix the work completed, or issue a full refund for the amount paid for the work. After almost a year waiting to hear from Creative Concrete, we did not receive a refund or a replacement pathway from the company. In all honesty, we didn't hear from the company at all. Even after the judgement was settled, they refused to answer our phone calls and all attempts to resolve this matter.We recently had to go down to the City Court and have an income execution filed in order to retrieve the funds. This costed our Not for Profit shelter time and MORE money, on top of the time and money spend on the taking them to small claims court.We have since heard that they paid the amount owed to the city marshals, we just have not received it in the mail yet.For these above reasons, we believe that the above response from them is not justified and their lack of care through this entire process should deserve them an F rating. Regards,[redacted]
