RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me only because my order was cancelled by Patch Panel Tools. This was after I had expressed the fact that I had a deadline on my project over the holiday weekend and a need for the tool. I believe the decision to cancel the order was in poor taste and a reprimand for my filing of this complaint as I never expressed an interest in canceling my order. I have looked and noted that they have in fact updated the false pricing on their website, which is the one positive to bring from this as other potential consumers will not be subject to the same false advertising. I would have enjoyed using the product ordered originally and it is a shame that things transpired in this manner, especially with Patch Panel Tools actually recommending their competitors product given that they have an entire document on their website explaining why it is inferior. I have done all I can do to shed light on the false pricing, my project is over, and I wish to wash my hands of this situation from here on out. Regards, [redacted]
