Phones are never answered nor messages responded to Emails are eventually addressed but rather than listen to homeowners about the fact that services (ie pool cleaning) are not being performed they simply state the schedule services are to be performed on They have refused to hold meetings for homeowners to discuss issues and do not visit the community at all despite requests from multiple homeowners that they come see for themselves the conditions being reported
