Ordered a birthday arrangement for my father's 83rd birthday at 9 am for same day delivery. When they never arrived, I called the shop for an explanation. The answering service was very friendly but basically said they couldn't help and the shop seldom called in to pick up after hours messages. I left a message requesting a call.
The next day I called the shop. The woman who answered was very defensive and claimed the answering service for the problem. Apparently they lost my order. This is irrelevant. The owner employs the answering service and advertises 24 hour service and same day delivery. She promises and then blames others when her shop does not live up to its promises.
