Creation Counseling

I attended the SAP Program that Creation Counseling provides for individuals in the Transportation business I applied for a job and was informed that I needed another document other than what I received from the the Creation Counseling facility that I attended I contacted the office of Creation Counseling to request the document needed I did this repeatedly for a week and finally went personally to Creation Counseling to make the request Talked to the Director [redacted] (this was a Thursday) that he would contact me on Monday Monday I called the office and made the request again with him saying that it would cost me $for the document due to the fact that it was beyond the information needed.(This is not factual) As I questioned him about it he continued with telling me that he was not going to release anymore information on my case and that he WISHED me LUCK It is required for DOT regulations (49CFR part in the Transportation Safety Book Therefore

My experiemce started with, my wife and I have experienced marital problems due to my anger issues, and I have came to the conclusion to seek help to be the man that my wife and kids deserveSo in the process of trying to find help I googled anger management classes in my local area and came across Creation Counseling so I called to get info on the program and it all sounded great and exactly what I was looking for (they talk a good game but do not deliver)I was informed that the only fee I wouldhave to pay would be $for the first class and $for the other classes after and was even told if I would like to continue coming after my weeks was over that it would be free at that time and that lots of people that take the class end up coming after because its so helpfulSo it all sounded great and supportive exactly what I was looking forI went in early Saturday Dec 8, and first this they have you do is pay them money, which was fine because I was more than willing to
