Review: In July of 2013 Create The Vision held an American Sign Language Retreat. The cost of the retreat was $350.00 paid in full in June. When we Arrived to the Retreat we found that Create the Vision Source didn't pay for our stay and we were required to pay $378.00 to the Hotel. We were promised by Create the Vision Source they the hotel fees would be reimbursed before the retreat ended. However this was not the case, I have received 3 emails since August stating that I would be reimbursed for the hotel fees, the last contact with them was November 27, 2013. We are now approaching 8 months I have yet to receive my reimbursement. We were told via email September 4, 2013 that the process would 30-45 days.Desired Settlement: I just want the $378.00 hotel fees reimbursed.
