​We have used Cream City for two complete remodel projects. Both times we were thrilled with the outcome. Jim, Todd and their team of contractors are highly professional, honor their contracts, are timely, budget conscience, respectful and have excellent communication. If you are looking for a contractor that will finish a project on budget, on time and with a very high quality end product, you won't make a mistake with Cream City.

During the past 15 years, I have contracted with Cream City Construction on five different occasions for remodeling projects that have included a kitchen, two bathrooms,a front entry way reconstruction, door replacements and closet organizers. I have continually been impressed with their attention to detail and extreme focus on customer service. In addition, their ability to create designs that are extremely functional while also maintaining consistency with the architectural style of older homes (ours is a 1920s era Tudor) is truly impressive. Our kitchen remodel is now 15 years old and we still get compliments on it.
Both Jim and Todd are easy to work with and do a great job of making what can be a stressful process extremely pleasant through consistent communication and a demonstrated high degree of integrity.
