ZERO STARS! So after a fire in the apartment the insurance company referred CRDN for the cleaning and restoration of the damaged items like clothing, children's toys, linens and anything else with smoke damage. Not only do they charge exorbitant fees, they also did the exact opposite of what they said they were going to do, ultimately ruining 80% of the items they 'commandeered' after showing up to remove the damaged items. They charged $12 to 'restore' a $5 t-shirt that didn't need it while failing to 'restore' damaged items that did need it, charging over $6000 in total for ruining the items that were taken by these goons. They're nothing but dishonest, immoral scam artists that prey on people after they've gone thru a disaster and are at their most vulnerable. Shame on this company and how they do business, it's a total scam to get your insurance claim money. So for those reading this looking for a reputable company to work with, LOOK ELSEWHERE, esp if you have things of real value, monetary and/or sentimental bcuz CRDN doesn't care all they want is your money without doing any of the work they claim they will do.

Review: I was giving a costly persian rug to this dry cleaners by my insurance company and once I recieved my rug, after their service my rug was all crumbled and the colors were bleeding really bad . It was so bad that since then I never get to use my rug again !!! The money I got from my insurance to pay the cleaners I spent on taking my rug to a profeesional Persian rug expert to analize and find out exactly what kind of chemical CRDN used to caused the damages on my rug .After ruining my rug and causeing me so much stress the CRDN asking me to still pay them $735 for their cleaning service. I am very unhappy & disappointed with the CRDN service for damaging my rug and I will never get to use the rug again !!!I request the CRDN to pay the damage of $2,500 for the cost of my rug so I replace my rug and or give it to a better place for a wash and get ride of all the bleeding and damages the CRDN caused.I am bringing this to your attention to resolve this matter on consumer side 'my side 'for losing my very dear rug caused by CRDN services, before I take any legal action against CRDN.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am asking CRDN to pay me $2,500 for the cost of my rug so I can replace and or take it to a full wash to get ride of the bleedings and discoloration CRDN caused. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9840658, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I found the whole photos are False and not accurate and been photoshopped by CRDN to prove me wrong . I had this rug for more then 10 years and I know every spot in tho rug I sure did spot washed the rug once. While but the bleed on the rug appeared right after I recieved my rug from CRDN and even the guy who delevered the rug was an evedance and he was shocked to what had happen to the rug !!!! So I reject and have the CRDN accountable for the damage on my rug and responsible to pay the cost of my rug and if they don't pay me in 10 business day the $2,500 I will take an legal action against the company and take Ghilzai matter to the court of law as an usatisfied and very upset customer.
