Noticed 39.90 being taken out of our account for a long time, after not checking because we had no use to. I have never had anything to do with this service or website, ever, I have zero use for it. My only fault is not checking sooner that this money had been being taken out of my account. The biggest scammers, thieves I have ever came across. Nothing else could compare with this fraud.

I used crdfx to repair my credit, while using their free trial for 7 days. On the 4th day of the service I decided to cancel. I wasnt given a confirmation number but was assured the free trial was cancelled. Called back the next day because I still hadn't received a confirmation via email and was again assured that it was cancelled. On the night of what would've been the end of my free trial I was charged the full service fee of $39.90. They were so slick with the charge because they did it at midnight. When calling crdfx, their customer service agents are clueless on how to help, dumbfounded with you asking legitimate questions and angry when you call them out on their bs. This service is not worth the hassle, do not get off the call until you have a valid confirmation number of cancelled service!

I signed up for the 1 dollar for a week free just wanted to check my credit. Two days later I unsubscribed to this crdfx.com company well saw denied charge on my cash app which that's what I paid the subscription with. The next morning checked my green dot this co had billed it. So I get on the phone and call spoke with a manager that assured me that the 39.90 was just pending they wasent going to take it I explained clearly that I wanted to cancel my subscription and I wanted a refund. Guess what next day they had taken my money and I was still subscribed to them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH A PENNY OF YOURS... THEY ARE NOT ONLY THIEVES THEYRE LIARS.THEY PICKED THE WRONG ONE TO STEAL FROM I WONT STOP UNTIL I GET A REFUND. ILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB ALSO I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND IT CHANGES THEIR MIND ABOUT THIS LOUSY MONEY STEALING CO. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE CREDIT CO THIS ONE IS RUN BY CON ARTIST,THIEVES,AND KINDERGARTERS.

The play is simple. Talk you into a service designed to protect you from fraud. Take the credit card number, don't do anything at all for him, and hope the guy forgets, then every six months, hit them up for forty bucks. When they call to complain, don't answer the phone, just put them on hold, they will give up, it's only forty bucks, they've got way to much to do to worry about forty bucks. Then, six months later, do it again, and repeat the cycle. Do not take emails, you have to respond to those and there are records. Do everything by phone, and never answer it, just play cheerful music. the average Joe quits after seven minutes. Any sucker still on after 12 is dense and doesn't get the message. But...when you are willing to wait the full fifteen PAST the blow-off period. You will finally get someone who will spend another five minutes of your time apologizing and telling you how great they are. Do not become angry, they are just doing their job. Stick to your guns. Stay focused on the cancellation.
