I received a pair of slippers and after 2 days the whole outside seam separated. . I have called and left 4 messages at the CS number and I have yet to hear back

We have already issued the customer a full refund to her [redacted] account. Please see [redacted] transactions #[redacted] $5.00 on 12/18/2013 and #[redacted] $15.99 on 12/18/2013. The two transactions together ($5+15.99) equal the total amount in dispute, which is $20.99....

The customer has had her refund for several weeks now. We are sorry that the customer did not have a positive experience with our company. At this point, we consider the matter to be closed. If the Revdex.com, needs further document from [redacted], please let us know. Thank you.
