I decided to take my son and nephew out to have some funBoth my son and nephew were having a good timeThey weren't being bad, during our time there which was 15minutes there was a birthday party going onTwo of the guest were telling my son and nephew they weren't allowed to go up a slideI asked the little girl who said and why couldn't theyShe informed me because she and her other guest were up on the slide and that was whyOnce the little girl pushed my year old down the slide( he was already scared) I asked her not to place her hands on any of my kids and after that I went to talk to the staffThe lady there informed me I could come the next day and she would have her manager/ owner call meThis happen in March 'and it's now June 'I haven't heard one thing from the ownersWhen I called to speak with someoneI got they were busy or not inSo I left my numberNO RETURNED CALL! As a business dealing with every situation the owner could have called and been professional

I asked the little girl who said and why couldn't they. She informed me because she and her other guest were up on the slide and that was why. Once the little girl pushed my 4 year old down the slide( he was already scared) I asked her not to place her hands on any of my kids and after that I went to talk to the staff. The lady there informed me I could come the next day and she would have her manager/ owner call me. This happen in March '16 and it's now June '16. I haven't heard one thing from the owners. When I called to speak with someone. I got they were busy or not in. So I left my number. NO RETURNED CALL! As a business dealing with every situation the owner could have called and been professional.
