I used Crawford Mechanical Services to unclog a main drain due to water back up. The technician came on Monday, as scheduled, used a short drain snake to unclog, at a cost of $ 354.00, but had water back up problem again by Thursday. Called their office early on Friday to report the problem and to have them fix it. This company would to warrant their work and was charging full price to perform the same job all over again. They sent another technician late on Friday "just to look". The man didn't attempt to clear the drain and his only solution was to dig new exterior pipes at a cost of $2,000. The man was rude, unpleasant, disrespectful and clearly didn't want to be there. Called supervisor to report but did not get a return call. This company has very poor costumer service, will give you all kind of run around and will take advantage of costumers with plumbing problems. They do not have your best interest in mind. Be very cautious and careful to let them into your home.
