Review: I have been trying to cancel my internet service with this company since July of 2012. I have called every month several times and left messages and I cannot get anyone to return my call. But I keep getting bills in the mail for the service that I am not getting because I have rented my house out. But I continue to pay the bill that comes in every month so that nothing bad goes against my credit. I have recieved another bill in the mail today and decided that I would mail the internet box back to them with a unpaid bill. These people are very unprofessional to be ignoring there customers. *Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the service I have been paying for that I am not getting because I don't live there and would like the service to be cut off.
