We had no idea that Mr [redacted] was so unhappyWe did the work for him (window and gutter cleaning) on July 18, 2017.In response to this complaint we called him on Monday 9/25/We have no record or recollection of him calling our office to complain, and he does not remember who he talked to or when.We are sending a crew out this week to verify that his gutters are clean
