This person was sent their refundIt doesn't have immediately through our commerce and show this was sent a day prior to this submission from his bankHere is the copy of the email we sent him, this is completely ridiculous and do not conduct business back from facebook commentsWe have no emails or messages from him whatsoever***, why in the world would you do a report to the Revdex.com? That hurts our business, all refunds were processed at the end of last week and we show your refunds were sent yesterday! We never said 9/for refunds, we said within one week of the show we will do themWe do autograph signings man, bring fans together to meet athletes, in fact we are in New York right now doing anotherThat show had a lot of behind the scenes work to be done to get all the refunds outThese were sent prior to your Revdex.com submission, we would appreciate your understanding and this was very quick to do a report against us, don't you think? Just not understanding this when all we do is try to do fan events and that isn't understood or appreciatedI have zero emails from you and not sure why you would want public responses on Facebook as you mentionSorry but we have sent the refund and we hope you had a good time getting your autographs which is what we are in business to do.Thank you
I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with [redacted], the owner of crave directly on 9/8 at 3:24 pm. I had a 1 min and 12 second phone call at ###-###-####. It was mater of factly stated that refunds would be issued on 9/11. I spoke with him personally on 9/10 at the show in Bloomington and it was stated at that time refunds would be issued on 9/11. He did not return any phone calls I made after the fact. Attached is a facebook conversation (he does do business on facebook) that shows his discussion with me and others. I chose posting on facebook, as being phone calls werent being answered, he would answer in a public forum for all to see. There were no phone call backs, no direct messages not to post on facebook, nothing. I have since been blocked from commenting on their facebook page, and my posts deleted. (I have attached a copy as I saved them for reference)I received ONE email and ONE refund of $20 for order #12089 which was AFTER I created the Revdex.com complaint, and not BEFORE like he is stating. (however, both occurred on the same day) I made the purchases on different cards do to money constraints. I have contacted the 2 remaining credit card companies and there is no pending refunds in to either accounts. If they were issues as stated, when stated, I would assume I would have received them by now, or at minimum they would show as pending. I will accept the response once my refunds have been placed in my account. I will provide credit card statements if needed
