Crave Boutique

Review: I purchased an item from this website almost a month ago. It was supposed to arrive weeks ago. I've contacted the company on numerous occasions about the absence of delivery as well as a refund and one has responded. Id like my money back asap.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: On March 13, 2014 I ordered a romper from the Crave Boutique called "Don't Call [redacted]" for $62.00 (picture on the right). However, I received an item on March 21 that is similar to what I wanted but not the same thing (picture on the left). I was sent a knock off version of what was advertised. Another boutique has both rompers advertised as two complete different items. They are different in material, design and overall appearance. I asked for a refund and the owner, [redacted], explained to me that I passed the 7 day mark for a refund/exchange. I explained to her that being I technically did not receive what I ordered because she is trying to pass off two different outfits as the same thing one being a knock off version, that the policy does not apply to me. She refuses to give me my money back or the actual item I want. I explained to her I will report her because that is false advertisement.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back and want people to be warned about this boutique.
