Review: We paid this company $3500 for a lot iPad 2's on Craig's List. They were never received.

In March of 2012 we began corresponding with the owner, [redacted] about an ad on [redacted] that included a small lot of Ipad 2's we mentioned we were with a church and were looking to expand our tech ministry through the use of the iPads. He told us he had several more that he would work out a special deal in exchange for a tax write off as if he was donating the remaining cost. The final deal was reached on March that was to include (17) 64 GB [redacted] capable iPad 2's for a grand total of $3,511.oo. We were very excited because of his generosity to the church that we overnighted the check to him on March 21. The following week we received an email asking how we were enjoying the iPads... we had not received them. He stated that they had shipped out with out tracking or insurance accidentally. After multiple emails and attempts to make telephone contact it was clear that we had been scammed. We waited on the hopes and prayers that he would come through as he mentioned being a "choir boy" in his church and would never wrong a house of worship.Desired Settlement: A refund of the full amount of #3,511.00 would be the only suitable resolution for this as the value of the iPad 2 has decreased greatly.
