On 6/10/2018 I purchased a video from Crank Productions/Fingerprint Urban Dance Studio. On 10/17/2018 we were told by *** (owner of Crank Productions) that the video didn't exist. He stated that the individual who he contracted with to film the video we purchased would have to refund the $20.00 to us because she owed him so much money. Since we purchased the video from ***/his company, and he didn't provide us the product he purchased, we should get a full refund.
In the first week of November this customer indicated that she would be satisfied receiving her refund back from ***. I have the messages to prove it if necessary.
