This business sold me a package of (5) 1-hour massages for $on December 4, The owner then decided that he was too busy to honor his pre-sold packages and said he would refund me my money because he did not want to perform the services I have waited patiently for him to honor is word but have still not received a refund He has made multiple promises but no money has been returned Please help me because this is blatant fraud
