I am rejecting this response because: when I took my car there it was working fine they changed the fluied and the next day my transmission went out the pump burned out for lack of fluied
Based on the insurance company's investigation it was found that a transmission pump had failed on Mr. [redacted] rebuilt transmission. Oil Well performed a replacement of the transmission fluid not a replacement of any mechanical parts, both the adjuster and the transmission shop's mechanic found fluid level and condition to be full and clean. It was determined that the front pump on the transmission had failed. No evidence was found that the fluid changed on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle caused the pump to fail.
As I explained to you in our conversation, we turned this over to our insurance company on 1/14/2015, On 01/14/2015 an adjuster was assigned to the claim, and at this time the claim has been denied by the insurance company based on their findings.
